Integret KDE Connect into Pantheon

Looks like the KDE dudes already have a start on mobile integration a la Mac OS Yosemite. It would definitely be cool to leverage this technology (of which it seems the backend is UI agnostic).
We should discuss the workflow of enabling device integration with elementary OS.
