Midori install PPA extension

As an effort to appease opponents of the no-talks-to-strangers blueprint, we could create a Midori plugin that turns unformatted instances of "ppa:blah/blah" in web pages into clickable links to "gksu add-apt-repository $1 && gksu apt-get update". Does this have potential to be exploited?

In addition: if AppCenter has a PPA viewer like Ubuntu Software Center, AppCenter should then launch and display the latest/aforeinstalled PPA. --cody
