Meaningful file save dialog

Registered by Sergey "Shnatsel" Davidoff

Replace GTK+ save dialog with a LibraryKit-powered one that asks only for meaninful parameters like tags, device to store the file on, etc. The filename is then automatically determined based on the metadata.

The dialog should allow saving the file to a user-defined location; pretty much like GNOME one does by default, but saving to a custom location should be explicitly requested every time if needed.

Whiteboard

Clever file saving locations should be used as default.
For Picture files (*.jpeg, *.bmp, ...) the default download location would be the folder Pictures.
This behaviour could be used for the elementary default folders : Pictures, Videos, Documents and Music. All the other files which have nothing to do with the 4 mentioned default folders
would be proposed in the folder downloads as default saving location.
This mechanism could used in Midori, in Geary and in other apps where you can download files.
See my comment on this bug report : https://bugs.launchpad.net/elementaryos/+bug/715213. --swizzle

This dialog will never have to deal with filesystem folders or file names. It will use LibraryKit. --shnatsel
