Create cross-platfrom live USB/Disk app

Currently the method of creating a live CD or USB varies from platfrom and the type of live media being created. Instead a single app should be made to do this that is combatible with Windows, Mac, and Linux. Not only would this simplify the process of creating live media, it could also lead to a better first impression of elementary OS. GTK+ 3.6.4 is the currently maintained Windows version available, and MinGW seems to be able to compile vala into Windows executable files.
