Customize the Installation Presentation

As title says. Ubuntu includes one, so why don't we do our own? I mean, since eOS is doing quite a few things differently, a quick little intro during start up could be really useful. I talked to DanRabbit on IRC about it and he said the idea has been kicked about.

For what it's worth I would be more than willing to create the actual slides, I'm totally useless when it comes to programming though.
