elementary development needs focus
For as long as I've been on the team, the general development theme seems to be that everyone does their own thing and develops their own apps. This seemed to work out great at the start because everyone was excited and anticipative of elementary's success. However, I think now that we are maturing, we need to change our development style by moving from being spread thin and developing by ourselves to focusing our unique talents and developing as a team, one app/tool at a time.
This would not only boost motivation (working alone can be difficult), but also boost productivity (have others who are better at certain things) and help reinforce our new coding style guidelines (working with others means you need to write readable, clean code).
Overall, it would make us more professional, have more consistent and readable code, boost productivity, and most importantly make elementary more fun for all of us. Please leave your opinion

Definitely +1, I've been thinking to register the same blueprint.
I can help by providing ISO daily builds, and I'll try to do it ASAP. ~shnatsel

I'm trying to bring this up again. http://

Closing this blueprint. I don't think there's any metric to gauge "focused-ness". It'd be better to file blueprints and/or bugs that have actually implementable goals. --DanRabbit
