Have same cursor position in all drag and drop situations

There are I think 4 occasions where drag and drop is used (that I can think of)
-drag from dock
-drag from slingshot to dock
-drag from files
-drag in gala workspaces overview

The cursor position (the way the cursor grab the item) is different in all situations. I think it should be choosen a position and keep consistency among all situations. In dragging from slingshot and dragging from Files the item get grabbed in the top left corner and if you want to add it to the dock it goes partially out of the screen before the + appears and it doesn't look nice. I would suggest a central position for the cursor: grab the icon in the middle as it is already for dragging from Plank or a slightly decentralized position as it is in the workspace overview drag and drop.
