We should provide a standardized way for users to donate to apps. This could include an interface accessible from the About dialog or somewhere similar, as well as a sort of intelligent "You've been using X a lot" dialog that comes up when appropriate (if the user didn't pay for the app, hasn't donated, has been using it frequently, and isn't responding to a notification).
