Change the default place that a user gets apps from to something other than the Ubuntu one.

The Ubuntu Software Center is slow (takes around 7-10seconds to start on my laptop) and buggy, crashing a LOT. Since AppCentre is unlikely to be stable enough for inclusion in Luna, we need to decide if we want to continue with USC, or use another one like the Mint one (IIRC, Xubuntu/Lubuntu have their own lightweight one too).
