More convenient terminal emulator

I propose a setting, maybe even by default, for the terminal emulator to be used like the guake emulator, that is a drop-down terminal instead of a window. This would fit the design principles of elementary better. It is still reality that even new users have to use the terminal a lot and tabs in the terminal emulator are much more convenient than windows. Many users will also want to use the terminal for IRC and other kinds of work, so a terminal emulator with nice features is important, just a window is a bit clumsy in comparison.
