No plugs are available in PPAs yet
There are plugs available now. also there's a package which allows Gnome-config "plugs" to be used in switchboard. But some gnome-config-plugs should be removed/fixed because the don't work, because there is an official elementary alternative or because they aren't needed in luna. --timschoen123
