Backport GNOME Control Center 3.6's "plugs"

Since elementary doesn't have all the time or manpower to create every single plug, I suggest perhaps backporting GNOME's 3.6 Control Center "plugs" from their PPA in Ubuntu 12.10 to Switchboard as they are much more usable and better designed then the current ones from Ubuntu 12.04.
