Library-to-filesystem bridge for legacy apps

Instead of moving files in the filesystem according to random rules not closely related to the data shown by the apps, provide a virtual filesystem that shows files by rating, tags, etc
This way we can provide consistent access to files even in case the user is forced to fall back to filesystem. In addition, this way tag manipulation can be easily scripted.
