I wonder if ecryptfs_enable_filename_crypto should be turned off by default since the option of using encrypted HOME is so prominent in the installer. There is currently no clean way to opt out of filename encryption without having to copy the files out of the ecryptfs mount to a non-filename-encrypted location.
