Deslotification

Every variable access is currently indirected through a Slot object's get/put methods. The information exists at compile time to determine if this is necessary or not. If a name is statically known to use VarSlot/FinalSlot without a guard and no slot expressions occur with that name, it is possible to compile accesses to it with unique opcodes that do direct cell access.
