Add a shared icon registry

EclipseTrader got a set of common icons like "collapse all" inside already, which are usful for other plugins as well. It makes no sense for each plugin to bring it's own copies of these icons, because it makes it very difficult to keep the look & feel uniform.
Therefore the Eclipse Trader core should provide access to these common icons via a share icon registry.
