Preliminary Gameplay Prototype (step 2)

A second iteration of the eater gameplay prototype, adding some elements.
Like the previous one, it is to be implemented in the candidate frameworks listed in https://blueprints.launchpad.net/eaterworld/+spec/client-framework-choice .

New Elements
• Food (plankton) is scattered over the playfield.
• Plankton is eaten when the player's head collides with it.
• Eating plankton causes the player eater to grow.
• Victory is achieved by eating all of the plankton in the playfield.

Point to resolve: visually, should growth be depicted as a larger PC sprite or smaller plankton ones (or both)?
