Consider using aptitude instead of apt-get

Consider replacing apt-get with aptitude in EasyUbuntu. My experience has been that dependencies get broken less, and they're easier to fix if the user installs packages using aptitude instead of apt-get. Making the change is search-and-replace easy, because the syntax is identical for all the commands used in EasyUbuntu. (I know that it's supposed to be impossible for apt-get to break package dependencies, but it seems to happen from time to time anyway. If anyone has contrary experience, I'd be interested in hearing it. )
