Make Dynapt aware of the orientation and send a proper layout

It may be desirable to tune a layout differently depending on whether the launcher is aligned horizontal or vertical.

* We need to change the API between Dynapt and the GUI. So that the GUI can tell Dynapt how it is oriented.
* Next, each layout should provide two sets of layouts, one horizontal and one vertical. This means changing most of the layout system inside Dynapt.
* Lastly we need to add a few lines to the core of Dynapt, just to decide which layout to use.
