add a backend for OpenStack Swift

Write a backend supporting OpenStack Swift. While the CloudFiles backend can work with Swift, it demands a bit of tinkering server-side (support for V1 authentication, among others) and relies on python-cloudfiles, a library about to be obsoleted. The new backend will use python-swiftclient.
