Adding --file-prefix option so different set of backups can be stored in the same bucket

By default the name of the tar files created by Duplicity is the same for every one. So we could not backup multiple sources to the same bucket. This feature will allow users to specify a file prefix for a tar files set so they don't overwrite the others. So allowing backing up multiple sources to the same bucket
