A console to control dSM without GUI

A console is dramatically missing to manage services via dSM without a GUI. It is essential for testing and should be the first feature to be developed. The console must allow developers (or end-users even if they are not the target) to do anything they could do with the GUI, with additional debug information. The console MUST be portable to any OS (let's say major ones).
