Provide the settings dialog and features to modify your account

The Dropbox client uses GTK to display dialogues to edit settings and for the right click menu of the system tray icon itself. We should design and build replacements for this system, and implement it incrementally so first we have a KDE style right-click menu, then we implement the dialog boxes and so on. This will also Require the implementation of the tray icon and we will need to work on the autostart system.
