Transaction Log - Create a Snapshot Archive

Create a way to read transaction log files and produce a snapshot of the database at a point in time.

Snapshots can be created by reading through the transaction log and for each table in each schema, making a message::Transaction containing a message::InsertStatement with the latest record data for each non-deleted key in the table.

These snapshots shall serve as the basis for log shipping...
