More tests need to be added for the optimizer, a couple of areas to start with:
- Subquery - check how we handle out of memory conditions
- Verify that the switch for materialization is working

I'll be updating the test suite with some basic tests, but it should be noted that we heavily test the optimizer with the randgen.
As the randgen finds bugs / crashes, we add regression cases to the test suite. In this case, the randgen can be viewed as a brute-force feeder for the test-suite.
