Add tests for information schema

Need to add more unit tests for information_schema. This would include items such as:
- Large numbers of table of select
 - EXPLAIN tests for all I_S tables
 - Use I_S with subquery
 - Test for all CREATE TABLE LIKE FOR I_S table.
 - Check concurrency locking against I_S
