Created ability to use load_datadir as a pre-startup option for servers. This lets us use a pre-populated datadir for a test case. If there is any problems starting the server / reading the table data, it would seem something is wrong.
Test name is backward_
Waiting to propose merge pending some input from Stewart + writing docs for how the test works (dbqp-wise).
Will never look at a .dfe file in the same way ever again ; )
