Nearly complete. One bit left around reproducing CONSTRAINT 'x' FOREIGN KEY 'y' exactly (it is functionally correct at the moment... just need to prove that my code and the old InnoDB code is exact). Apart from that, all tests pass. i.e. 1 thing left.
