Supertask for all testing related to replication.
At least the following must be assembled for proper end-to-end testing of the replication systems:
1) Simple test framework allowing multiple servers to be started with publishers and subscriber information
2) Test that a transaction applied on a publisher can be read by a subscriber
3) Test that a subscriber can ask a publisher for its latest applied transaction ID on a channel
4) Test that a subscriber can ask a publisher for a set of transactions since a timestamp or a transaction ID
