Replication - AUTOCOMMIT fix

The ReplicationServices component is not triggering commitTransaction() events at appropriate times when AUTOCOMMIT is on.

Steps to solve this problem:

* Identify all points in kernel (not storage engine) where a commit currently occurs
* Identify autocommit_or_rollback points in kernel
* Figure out why the replication services component is not being called.
