Basic checksumming is now done in the transaction log stream and the TransactionLogReader plugin class. I need to now put together a Checksum Statement submessage which should checksum a table's records at a specific point in time and save the crc32 checksum in the message payload for transmitting from a publisher to a subscriber.

Changed status to not started since I am now using this blueprint to represent continuous checksumming, not checksumming of transaction messages individually in the transaction log (which is done)
