Remove drizzled command line options

Command line options to be removed
--myisam-data-pointer-pointer-size to be removed, set internally to 8
--symbolic-links
--timed-mutexes - move to innodb plugin, then remove
--max_heap_table_size, move to Heap engine, should be Heap table option
--div_precision_increment
--max_connect_errors
--min_examine_row_limit
--max_length_for_sort_data - Brian to review
