Dynamic plugins

A project for Google Summer of Code 2012 is to make all (possible) Drizzle plugins fully dynamic like query_log and auth_schema. This means that users can reconfigure plugins once they're loaded and Drizzle is running with queries like "SET plugin_var='new_value'".
