Create a C++ Wrapper for the Cassandra Thrift Interface

The generated C++ interface to Cassandra is not the nicest in the world to work with. We will write a wrapper around the thrift interface similar in spirit to Hector (one of many Java wrappers for Cassandra). We will then be able to use this wrapper when integrating drizzle with cassandra.

When finished, the wrapper will be published on github at http://github.com/posulliv/libcassandra
