Reduce the East-West Flows Number

Currently the east-west matching flows have for each subnet flows that match traffic from this subnet to any other subnet, this means that the total number of flows that recognize east-west traffic is (number of subnets) * (number of subnets)

This might be reduced by only matching the various subnets destinations, how ever this needs to be checked to work in multi tenancy with overlapping addresses before it can be considered
