There are mainly three important reasons for this refactoring work. Firstly, it allows Dragonflow to work with other existing mechanism drivers for hybrid network segmentation. Secondly, it allows Dragonflow to work with existing services plugins. Finally, it is capable of supporting HPB for ToR integration.
