Update to the upcoming releases of FEniCS.

PointPlot isn't working due to CGAL lib and eval function problems...
Even in 0.9.7 DOLFIN version we have a major slowdown with LU Factorized solver via uBLAS, umfpack
PETScLU is faster than uBLAS with factorization.
Working with:
Stable Dorsal-Fenics installation
then
unstable ffc is installed (changing dorsal.cfg and my.platform)
dolfin 0.9.7 was tweaked with XYFile interface (compiled with dorsal_build script)
We are now with dolfin 0.9.9
