Benchmark for testing parallel efficiency

Add a benchmark that can be used for testing the efficiency of parallel algorithms (in particular assembly, solve, load balancing, refinement) and compare against the DOLFIN branch of Niclas Jansson (which reportedly scale very well).

The benchmark should consist of a simple adaptive Poisson solver on the unit cube with successive refinement towards one of the corners.
