Allow multiple data sets that share a mesh in VTK output

For Functions that share a mesh, it would be helpful to have multiple data sets in a VTK file. This should be easy by sending a vector of functions to a VTK file. DOLFIN can check that Functions share a common mesh, and then write a data set for each function.
