Assembly on manifolds

The DOLFIN mesh library can handle manifolds like triangular meshes embedded in R^3 but forms cannot be
assembled over such meshes because of assumptions in both DOLFIN and the form compilers (computation of Jacobians etc).
This should be possible to fix with a moderate effort.
