* dolfin-adjoint's "project" function should accept a "name=" parameter to assign the created function a name for the annotation
* minimize/maximize should return the optimal parameter
Reason: Currently these optimization routines do not return anything which can be confusing to people. Instead these routines should return the optimal control parameters. sf1409: Done
* minimize/maximize should have consistent parameters for setting the verbosity.
Reason: Currently, the flag for setting the verbosity changes if a different optimisation algorithm is selected. While the optimisation parameters for the supported algorithms can not be unified in general (because of their different features), at least setting the verbosity flag with the same parameter would be nice.
