Remove icon Docky in the dock

In the dock icon "Docky" and no longer needed. This icon should be removed from the dock and the dock each application would have a button that say "preferences". In the same window would dock "preferences", the "about" and "exit". Sorry my bad english, I'm Portuguese.

Currently:
in panel mode, the preferences window can be displayed when the user right clicks on any blank space of docky and chooses settings.
In non-panel mode, the preferences window can be displayed if the user right clicks on the right border of docky and chooses settings.
It's much easier to access the settings while ignoring the anchor button when in panel mode. An easier means will need to be added for non-panel mode before the button can be removed.
