Enable the user to override default icon for item

Allow the user to override default icon by changing an gconf value.

This will:
  * reduce the problem with non existent icons for applications
  * enable the user to customize his/her dock

My proposal is a change in gconf, in my implementation .../Services/DrawingService/OverrideIcon and there append a entry to the list i the form pattern;;icon-path/name and a toggel that enable or disable this behavior. .../Services/DrawingService/OverrideEnabled which is a boolean.
