To use Compiz Scale on applications with more than one Window

To use Compiz Scale plugin to choose between multiple windows of one application. Compiz Scale behaves somewhat like Mac OSX exposé if you are accustomed to the Apple.

This involves changing the OnClicked function of WnckDockItem since that function is used by both WindowDockItem and ApplicationDockItem so that instead of raising all windows belonging to the application Compiz Scale is called trough DBus and activated for the specified window group.

Once that is landed an option should be introduced to the setting module.

After that It could be integrated with KWin. It has a Compiz Scale like function, tough I am not sure if you can request it to scale specific windows or if it only scales all windows which would be useless to us.
