Enable Support for Global Hotkeys
An interesting feature that I think would enhance usability is adding the support for global hotkeys for Dockbar. This would enable switching between windows and applications without the mouse. In some cases it could make dockbarx work as your desktop tabs. Some hotkeys could be Mod4+PgUp/PgDown for next/previous Application and Mod4+Tab for cycling application windows.

First implemention committed. What do you think? Is the default keys good? Is there any problems with the implementaion?
bqdbr> I think It's working great, I'm just having some trouble changing the assigned keys. Where can I find the reference to the available key names?
Matias: I don't know the complete list. You'll have to go with trial and error. Modifier keys should be within <> like <Control>, <Alt>, <Super> and <Shift>, other keys should just be plain text and the first letter should be big if it's a word (Tab or F1 - F12), single letters small.
bqdbr: Via Trial and Error I found the ones for the scroll key: <super>Up,Down (in group), Left, Right (between groups)
