Cycle focus and raise the windows in that group

To create a group button action to cycle focus and raise the windows in that group. For example, rolling the mouse wheel on a group button would raise and focus the first unraised unfocused window of that group, unminimizing it if minimized. A further roll would then raise and focus the next window, until you are at the last window. It would then move to the first window again if the mouse was rolled. This can be used for quick switching between windows: Compiz scale for 3 or 4 windows is sometimes too much, while a focus + raise cycle might be handy to pick one quickly.
