Compiz scale for all windows contained in dockbar
This would be initiated with a mouse action on any group button. It would do scale on windows on all workspaces, or windows on the current workspace, depending on if "ignore windows from other workspaces" is checked in dockbar settings.
Currently almost all of window switching happens in dockbar, but you have to move the mouse elsewhere to do an all-windows scale (currently the right upper corner of the screen). This feature would make dockbar the place to go for all simple window management needs.

Whiteboard
While the proposal in this blueprint goes slightly against the principle of one program for one task (which makes sense especially when you are working with gnome panel applets), the rationale behind it is good , it is easy enough to implement and the group button action list can handle one unrelated action without becoming too hard to read. I won't make it a habbit to add actions that does things not really related to dockbar stuff, though. This one should be seen as an exception.
