Weather Docklet
A common task of a panel is to show the weather, we can do this via a simple docklet. A good weather applet should show current conditions, and also a short forecast as "what is tomorrow's weather" is often more important than, "what is the weather outside right now."
Idle state:
In idle state this docklet should just show a nice svg representing the current conditions
On Mouse hover:
Mouse hover should show slightly more detailed information about the current weather conditions but not an overwhelming amount. It should give a text description of the current condition, the real temperature, the "feels like" temperature (from windchill or humidity), and possibly the wind direction/speed, but that may be more information than is needed on a simple glance.
On Activate:
This is where a forecast should be shown. When hotseated, we should show a series of icons, similar to the one that idles. Commonly a 5 day forecast is shown but this can be decreased for spatial reasons if needed. Each icon should be labeled either above or below by the day of week starting with the label "Today", and moving on from there. On hover, the same information shown in the idle state should be shown, but obviously the information corresponding to the selected day of the week.
