Make SymbolWindow use modifier items.

Refactor SymbolWindow to take advantage of modifier item API and to use separate results list view window. Also implement a manual text entry field and manual text entry mode.

Results window has been separate for a long time. It does need cleaning up, though, as I was unfamiliar with GtkTreeView when I wrote it.
Still need to iron out a few kinks on window resize when the third pane is hidden/shown.
