Make it possible to copy (ctrl+c) only the resulting number and not the whole equation

It is very useful to copy + insert results in other applications instead of remembering what the result was and typing it in. Unfortunately, the gnome do calculator displays as result the whole equation and not the resulting number. So when I copy it using ctrl+c and insert it in another programm, I get the whole equation (like 30+45=75) which is absolutely useless.
